Tailoring School

Ten tailoring schools have been started by Share In Asia. One of the primary goals is to help women who are downtrodden and destitute. Nearly 500 students have graduated with a certificate in tailoring from school.  A simple manual sewing machine costs about $150. When a student graduates, we often provide a new machine so she can start her own business with the ability to support her family with the income earned.

Thank you to the many sponsors who helped to buy new sewing machines for the graduates. We are still in need of dozens of machines to help new graduates who have completed our training program. Your support is much needed and appreciated.
